Brentwood Crossing
Located in Brentwood Bay, Brentwood Crossing Shopping Centre underwent a major renovation in 2018. The original brick turrets were removed, the façade was modernized with durable building materials and signage and landscaping were incorporated to separate the pedestrian walkway and parking for a softer edge. The renovation won the Victoria Real Estate Board Commercial division “Award of Excellence”. The Architect on this project was Finlayson Bonet Architecture.

Courtenay Crossing located in the beautiful and fast growing Comox Valley, our most recent work on this property was the conversion of 4,500 sq. ft. of retail space into a Browns restaurant and the addition of a Thrifty’s Liquor Store.
