Our Partnership purchased the “Canamera Beach Resort” in 1998. Built in 1968 the property was terribly run down operating as a monthly rental apartment.

We undertook a bare stud renovation of the structure, constructed the pool and re landscaped the waterfront site. Re-opened as the “Kelowna Lakeshore Inn” it became one of the Okanagan Valleys most popular lakefront resorts. This project was sold in 2008.
