Our partnership purchased Mt. Boucherie Place in 2003. The project includes 36 homes in eight individual buildings spread over almost 5 acres. Located adjacent to Mt. Boucherie Recreation Centre with close proximity to schools, this low-density project provides family housing in a highly convenient location.

The Recreation Centre has an NHL size skating rink with seating for 1,500. Beyond that is Mt. Boucherie Park with miles of hiking trails and views over Okanagan Lake.

Over the years there has been numerous upgrades. These improvements included exterior building refinishing, all roofs replaced, new energy efficient heating systems and air conditioning. Interior upgrades have been completed as suites come available such as new vinyl plank flooring, painting and appliances.
