Burdett Apartments

“The Burdett” is strategically located on the corner of Vancouver Street and Burdett Avenue in Fairfield, a desirable residential community of low-rise apartments and single-family homes on tree-lined streets. Cook street village and Downtown are all within walking distance . Constructed in 1935, the 16 suite building is comprised of well-maintained heritage studio, one and two bedrooms suites.

The building was designed in 1930 by noted Architect Percy Fox who was one of the first three members of the Architectural Institute of BC. He served as President in 1928 and 1929. His building at 624 1/2 Fisgard, Victoria is on the Canadian Register of Historic Places.
